ROUND ROCK, Texas – The Round Rock Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development Partnership today commended Round Rock City Manager Steve Norwood for his highly successful years of service to the city’s business community. Norwood has been an integral part of the positive economic environment in Round Rock since his arrival. During his tenure, a number of high-profile economic development projects have come to fruition. “Steve’s impact on the community will be felt for many years to come,” said Ben White, the chamber’s vice president of economic development. “From the outstanding team that he has built to the pro-business mentality that he has instituted, he has positioned Round Rock as a place that embraces economic development and the jobs that it creates. He will be significantly missed.”
